The END Fund 2014 Annual Report

The END Fund

2014 was an inspiring, record year for the END Fund, with their renewed commitment to combat neglected tropical diseases, which affects over 45 million of the world’s poorest and most vulnerable people. The END Fund has been growing rapidly thanks to the burgeoning family of investors who recognise the critical role of philanthropy in the efforts to see an end to NTDs. So far the END Fund has raised an amazing $50 million since its launch in 2012, already halfway to their initial goal of $100 million. With the fund’s work now expanding over 15 countries, it is estimated that they have reached 75 million unique beneficiaries through mass drug administration, mobilised training for over 247,000 community health workers and conducted over 1,300 sight-saving surgeries for patients with blinding trachoma since Legatum founded the END Fund in 2012.
