Since joining Legatum in 2016, Rosemarie has played various roles in different functions within the Finance team, focusing on Capital Markets and Private Family Office support, finance systems and banking relationships.

Prior to joining Legatum, she was the Assistant Vice President of Treasury & Investment Operations at QInvest LLC, one of the leading investment banks in Qatar. During her time at Deutsche Knowledge Services, she worked in various finance roles in Deutsche Bank offices in Manila, Sydney, London and New York. She was also an Auditor at KPMG Philippines.

Rosemarie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Philippines and holds a Certificate of Investment Operations from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) in London.

She graduated as Magna Cum Laude for her degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in the Philippines.
