Maria is the Vice President for Leadership Development of Legatum Foundation.

Prior to joining Legatum in 2023, Maria was an independent leadership development consultant, a Senior Program Director at Geneva Global, a philanthropic consulting firm, and a Business Analyst at Headwaters SC.

Maria holds a Masters in Organisational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economic Development from Eastern University.
